View Model Glow shells - Tutorial by omega

UPDATE: i have now simplified it even more. and the view models now take on the properties of the player. no more messages are involved ! this WILL be copy and paste. hah. so, all old tutorial code removed, new stuff added. also, this allows you to do ANY effect on view models now.

client:
------- view.cpp inside V_CalcNormalRefDef

right after:
	// view is the weapon model (only visible from inside body )
	view = gEngfuncs.GetViewModel();

add -->
	view->curstate.rendermode       = ent->curstate.rendermode;
	view->curstate.renderfx         = ent->curstate.renderfx;
	view->curstate.rendercolor.r    = ent->curstate.rendercolor.r;
	view->curstate.rendercolor.g    = ent->curstate.rendercolor.g;
	view->curstate.rendercolor.b    = ent->curstate.rendercolor.b;
	view->curstate.renderamt        = ent->curstate.renderamt;

		

and thats it, new version really simple huh?
