O MY GOD!! I saw the ween show in atlanta last night and I 
will say it was the best show I have ever seen. They played 
for about 3 mind blowing hours. Gener was charming the fuck
out of the crowd and deaner was in great form with kick ass 
guitar solos coupled with his wacky facial expressions. They 
opened the set with "im dancing in the show tonight" and 
ended with "Dr. Rock". They seemed to have played more 
from the Pod than any other record. They did others like 
"Tick", "The Blarney Stone", "Spinal Menengitis", "Pork 
Roll Egg and Cheese", "The Golden Eel", "Baby Bitch", 
Deaner did "Piss Up a Rope", and countless other favorites. 
Some dude brought out a big nitris tank, but it turned out to 
be helium. But of course Deaner had to take a hit. After the 
show I saw Cluade(the drummer) and started talking about 
his web page, Herald the Boognish. Then I asked him to put 
up my page (Hill's Ween Page/ www.nnc.net/ween). He said 
he would and agreed to let me back stage. YES!!!!!!!!!! I got 
to meat Gener and Deaner!!!! Gener was just hanging out
drinking a beer and I began chating with him about all the 
ween web pages out there. I told him to check out my page
and he told me about he and deaner's page,
     THE BOBORR WEEN SITE. I have seen this page but 
never knew it was gener and deaners. Well we ate some
chocolate cake with the boognish drawn on top with white 
iceing.I'm still kicking myself in the ass for not bringing
     my camera. WEEN FOREVER

    I caught the Atlanta show last night and I was gape-
mouthed throughout the 2 hour 45 minute show!  I got in 
several hours before the show and was able to see the 
soundcheck.  They  did Marble Tulip Juicy Tree and Pink 
Eye, but neither was in the show.  They also did Spinal 
Meningitis and were about to go into The Golden Eel 
when Gener's amp blew...it might have been a tube.  I 
talked to Claude while they were calling in an amp-repair 
man and he said he didn't know what was going to 
happen.  But, it was cool to have my own private 3 song 
WEEN show! 
    When they finally hit the stage, everyone went nuts.  
Dancing in the Show was great to hear live.  Pretty much 
the same songs as in the last few shows, except they 
didn't play Now I'm Freaking Out, Paradise City, or Hot for 
Teacher.  People threw all kinds of shit on stage....clothes, 
signs, and a few clown wigs (much of it was left over from 
the openers, Heinous Beinfang).  They did a seven song 
encore.  Halfway during Big Jilm, some guy ran onto the 
stage with a huge tank of helium.  Gener got a little pissed 
and said to get the shit out of his face.  They never 
finished Big Jilm but went into Poop Ship and it was
fantastic.  
     After the show, I hung out backstage until the club ran 
us all out..including WEEN.  Dean and Gene were trying to 
find an all-night bowling alley so everyone could go out, but 
noone could locate one.  Bobby Ogdin was also at the show, 
so they dedicated Mr. Richard Smoker to him.  I talked to 
Mr. Ogdin for a while and he is one of the nicest people I 
have ever met.
